The IPB - Odessa regional investment promotion bureau is created on July, 8, 1997 with the purpose of implementation of the long-term program of technical help for enterprises and organizations of Odessa region, assistance forming of positive image, performing researches for investment possibilities, including the search of direct oversea investors.

With our help all of spectrum of questions can be resolved – from development of business plan and detailed recommendations from his introduction and financial relationships with foreign partners to complete accompaniment of embodiment of investment measures.

MAIN ACTIVITY:

Odessa Bureau of assistance investments offers such services:

• Providing information about basic sectors of economy in Odessa region, publishing of publications and brochures, conducting investment seminars, presentations and missions.

• Search for partners, verification of business reliability. Forming of image and portfolio.

• Assistance for foreign investors for realization of business-projects within the Odessa region, estimation and development of business plans for investment projects, research of investment possibilities for business, monitoring of investors and marketing, conducting analysis on validity of projects, analysis of the financial state and investment attractiveness of operating enterprises.

• Conduct of organizational measures on registration of investments, creation of enterprises, with foreign investments, consulting, assistance and bringing in additional sources for financing of projects.

• Our technical help assists in the realization of applying and adhering to the European laws and rules of European Union, known as "Acquis communautaire", commodities related to the export, help in the certification of EU.

• Development and introduction of universal search and information bases for collaboration between the regions of Ukraine, international organizations and foreign partners.

• Collaboration with donor organizations and consultative help in preparation of Grant requests.

• Search for potential businesses for investing, forming an investment brief-case with accompaniment and support.
